Electrostatic dedust system

The electrostatic dedust system is suitable for the dedust treatment of various plastic type raw materials. An electrostatic generator is placed at the tuyere to separate the raw from the powder produced by electrostatic neutralization, and the dust is collected by a winnowing mechanism. This enhances the pureness of raw materials, reduces the tendency problem of plastic powder’s carbonization when heated, hence improves product yield. The exterior of the machinery adopts a wide-range transparent window, which allows for all-time monitoring of the dust removal status of raw materials. The feeding screw is equipped with a frequency converter, which can adjust the feeding at any time according to the customers’ needs. It has protective devices such as motor overload and material shortage alarms.
