3 in 1 Hopper dryer

The three-in-one dryer incorporate dehumidifier, drying hopper and suction machine all together. Its compact design meets the needs of customers who demands most efficient use of space. The rotary dehumidifier adopts honeycomb ceramic rotors, which does not generate dust even during long-term operation, and thus maintains the purity of the raw materials. During continuous loading, the dew point is maintained at -40~-60℃, and the dew point curve remains stable without upward or downward peaks. The suction system is matched with a 1 to 2 suction blower and 2 sets of suction hopper equipment. One set refill the drying barrel, and the other set refills the injection machine or extruder.
