Volumetric Metering Machine

The volumetric metering machine is suitable for the batch by batch measurement of granular or powder material. It does not call for prerequisite manual mixing and color matching, therefore avoiding waste and saving man-hours. This machine implements a continuous metering and mixing design. All raw material metering stations start and stop simultaneously according to the mixing ratio, to ensure the consistency of the mixing ratio at any point in time. The metering motor features a inverter allowing finer control of the metering speed and ensuring the stability and uniformity of the mixing ratio. The temporary storage cylinder is equipped with a material level sensor to monitor the material level at all time and provide shortage alarm.
